As we kick off the new year where everyone is thinking of fresh starts and making resolutions, Randy Norris lays out the vision for The Station Church looking at what is The Station's commitment to the community and what are the expectations of those who make up the congregation?

Christmas at The Station continued with our look at Luke 2 and the shepherds who received the angelic proclamation of the good news. The service ends with candlelight worship and the singing of O Holy Night.

When the angel appeared to the shepherds on the night of Jesus's birth, they proclaimed good news of great joy which shall be to all people. Why was it good news? This message looks at the proclamation of good news and the Person of the good news.

This Christmas message focuses on a character rarely talked about in the story of Christ's birth: Herod the Great. When the wisemen came to Herod to ask where the new King was born, the scribes told Herod that He was to be born in Bethlehem, which was just five miles from Jerusalem. Herod was five miles from the Light of Christmas...and yet he lived and died in total darkness.

Isaiah prophecied that the people who were walking in darkness had seen a great light. The light that shines in the darkness that the darkness cannot overcome is Jesus.

When Satan attacked the church from within by a spirit of grumbling and complaining, the apostles didn't dismiss the issue, but sought a solution to the problem, and oh the difference your service makes!

The Gospel was spreading rapidly throughout Jerusalem and the religious leaders of the day were desperately trying to stop the apostles, but nothing could stop the church. What is stopping you?

The end of Acts 4 shares the generosity of the church through a man named Barnabas while the beginning of Acts 5 shares how greed tried infiltrating the church through Ananias and Saphira.

What does it mean to be filled with the Holy Spirit? When are believers filled with the Spirit? How are believers filled with the Spirit?
