In 1 Kings 2:1-4, David’s final words to Solomon reveal the profound influence of a father. As David faces death, he charges his son to be strong, obedient to God’s commands, and faithful to the covenant. David’s legacy is not just in leadership but in passing spiritual responsibility to the next generation. A father’s influence shapes the character, faith, and future of his children, calling them to walk with God for lasting blessing.

The resurrected Jesus appeared to two discouraged disciples on the road to Emmaus. Their hopes had been dashed when Jesus walked with them along the road. By the end of the journey, they went from discouragement to declaring that Jesus was truly alive.

There is power in the cross. There is hope in the cross. This message looks at three individuals who were impacted by the cross of Jesus: the Cyrenian, the criminal, and the centurion.

The end of Acts 4 shares the generosity of the church through a man named Barnabas while the beginning of Acts 5 shares how greed tried infiltrating the church through Ananias and Saphira.

On the day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit came upon the disciples and the church was born. In this message, we see how the Holy Spirit empowered Peter to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Gospel Peter preached is still the same Gospel we preach today.
