In this message, we confront the sobering truth of God’s righteous wrath. Paul shows that humanity suppresses the truth, rejects God’s revelation, and exchanges His glory for idols. We explore the wrath of God, the reality of wrath in a broken world, and the tragic results of wrath when people turn from Him. Yet even in judgment, God’s purpose is to draw us back to His saving grace.

In the midst of tragedy, one of the great gifts of God is the gift of prayer. What a blessing to know that we can go to our knees and talk with our sovereign God who is completely in control.

In Acts 21:15–22:30, Paul returns to Jerusalem, knowing danger awaits. After being falsely accused and arrested at the temple, he seizes the opportunity to share his testimony before a hostile crowd. Paul recounts his dramatic conversion and calling, emphasizing God's grace and his mission to the Gentiles. This passage highlights Paul’s courage, the power of personal testimony, and God’s sovereign plan, even through suffering and opposition.

King Asa's reign was one that started well. It was marked by peace and prosperity. But one decision to forget God led to a rebuke from God's prophet and a time of wars. His life ended with a disease in his feet and a troubled walk.

Isaiah prophecied that the people who were walking in darkness had seen a great light. The light that shines in the darkness that the darkness cannot overcome is Jesus.
