Make Disciples

Intentionally In Yearly D-Groups of 3-5 Men or Women

Discipleship is important at The Station.  It’s an important process that takes time and effort.  In this process, we want to provide you with the opportunity to make intimate friendships, have an environment of accountability, and to grow your roots deeply in God’s Word.

The third step in our Discipleship Tracks is to participate in a yearly Delta Group or D-Group for short.  We call them Delta Groups because “delta” is the mathematical term indicating change.  In fact, not to get too technical, but the word “disciple” is from the Greek word where we get our word “mathematics.”  Practically speaking, a D-Group is a gender-specific, closed-group of 3-5 believers who meet together weekly for the purpose of accelerated spiritual change.  A person joins a D-Group by invitation only, with most groups being formed out of relationships built in our Connection Groups.
